"Very Poor"
Booking.com are shockingly bad. This hotel got sold to be a homeless shelter 1 month before my stay. Neither the hotel nor booking.com bothered to tell me so I travel 15 hours to reach there on a busy weekend with nowhere to stay. They didn't care about getting me anywhere else and after 10+ attempts don't reply to my complaint with the refund they committed to.

liked how close the hotel was to the arena. came to San Jose for a concert and the arena was in walking distance to the hotel made it nice. the room I had was very nice and spacious.

This place SUCKED mold in the bathroom, half of the ceiling was off in the bathroom, water behind toilet, sheets were DIRTY! I will never stay there again. If I was Booking I would remove this place from your site.

They checked me in the 3 Rd floor last room at the wings with elevator broken. Past 2 times I stayed there the elevator never worked and they don't want to make it operating. TV had fussy reception, most Chanel don't work.. No ice bucket in the room.. Hard pillows. Heather don't work
